How I work
20 minutes • Free
An intro call.
We talk about what’s going on and whether I’m the right person to help. If I’m not, I’ll say so.

A diagnostic session.
We map the situation properly: what’s at stake, who’s involved, what you actually want.

I spent fifteen years making the calls my clients now bring to me.
Before coaching, I was Chief Operating Officer at two scale-ups — one through a hard restructure, one through a sale. I know what the job looks like at eleven at night, and what it costs to get a big decision wrong.
I trained as a coach in 2019 and have worked with more than 120 leaders since. I’m direct, I keep notes, and I’ll tell you when I think you’re avoiding something.

Fair questions. Straight answers.
Something else on your mind? Ask it on the first call — it’s free
No. Coaching looks forward — decisions, roles, teams. If something would be better served by a therapist, I’ll tell you, and help you find a good one.
Yes — most of my programmes are paid by an employer. I invoice the company. They see dates and a short progress note you’ve read first, never the content.
Both. Most sessions are on video; in person in central London when it helps.
Completely. Nothing you say leaves the room — including to whoever pays.
That’s what the free first call is for. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so and suggest who might be.
Yes. A 90-minute session for one decision, £450. Many people start there.
Twenty minutes, free, no preparation. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.
