How to make a decision you can’t take back
Hard decisions are rarely unclear. They’re hard because someone will be disappointed — and it might be you.

Most of the decisions clients bring me aren’t puzzles. They know the options. What they’re weighing is who gets let down.
Write that down first: who loses, and what you owe them. It turns a vague dread into a list you can act on.
Then set a date. A decision without a deadline is just a worry with a calendar invite.
